RYANZ 3-in-1 Mono Bloc
RYANZ Hot Water Cylinders are exceptional quality units, made with the best materials, but what truly sets out heating systems apart is the unique connection unit that all our cylinders utilise. Exclusive to RYANZ, the patented 3-in-1 Mono Bloc houses the tempering unit, temperature-pressure relief valve, expansion relief valve, shut-off check valve and has auxiliary inputs for solar, heat pump and eco chamber add-ons, all in one tidy brass fitting.
Designed in New Zealand by Tony Ryan and manufactured by our engineering partners in Norway, the 3-in1 Mono Bloc is a world-first, revolutionising how hot water cylinders are installed, used and maintained.

With Mono Bloc technology, the complete installation of a RYANZ hot water cylinder system can take as little as 90 minutes. Compare that to the conventional system in which multiple valves are fitted, taking up to six hours to install, and it adds up to significant savings on both labour and materials.
► Big on efficiency
Traditional hot water cylinders lose heat through their extensive pipes and hidden leaks. Our system not only has a much-reduced pipework system, but the pipework contained in our installation kit is pre-insulated for greater heat retention. And, with 85% fewer mechanical joints than traditional cylinders, surprise leaks are a thing of the past.

Along with the necessary valves for connecting your cylinder, the RYANZ 3-in1 Mono Bloc valve also has auxiliary inputs that can be used for solar or heat pumps. So, whether you’re ready to connect your home heating at the time of installation or want to add it to your system in the future, the process is simple and straightforward.
► Eco friendly
Another unique feature of the RYANZ 3-in-1 Mono Bloc is the inclusion of an “eco port” that allows you to attach the RYANZ Eco Chamber. Trapping and condensing up to 4000L of water per year, the Eco Chamber is an optional add-on we highly recommend with all cylinder purchases.
► Earthquake proof
RYANZ systems use pressure-tested, flexible hoses made from premium 316L stainless steel, fixed with flat surface fibre washer connections. This, combined with our 25mm cylinder restraints, reduces the likelihood of earthquake damage by over 90% compared to conventional copper compression joints.
► Easy to retrofit
Whether you’re upgrading from a low-pressure to a high-pressure system or are just replacing a worn-out cylinder, the 3-in-1 Mono Bloc makes RYANZ Hot Water Cylinders the easiest to retrofit. Our patented design allows the unit to rotate a full 360° on top of your cylinder, so your valve will always face the easiest direction for fitting.
